I've made the move myself — so I know a new address is never just a new address.

I've packed up and started over in a new place before, so this isn't something I understand from theory. A move isn't just paperwork and a closing date. It's a new grocery store, new neighbors, a new version of normal. I take that seriously for every client I work with.

Southeast Idaho is where I've built my own life, and it's the only market I work. Idaho Falls, Ammon, Blackfoot, Shelley, Pocatello, Rexburg, Rigby — these are communities I know from actually living in them, not from a spreadsheet of comps.

Family comes first, on and off the clock. I'm a husband and father, and that's exactly why I work solo — no team of assistants between you and me, no handoffs. When you call, you get me, directly.

Client outcomes are what drive me. Every offer, every negotiation, every deadline gets the same attention I'd want if it were my own move. Local knowledge, straight communication, and a results-driven approach — that's the whole model.
